Ebro Riverancient IberusRiver, northeastern Spain. Rising in the Cantabrian Mountains and flowing 565 mi (910 km) in a southeasterly course to the Mediterranean Sea, between Barcelona and Valencia, the Ebro is the longest river wholly in Spain and the second longest in the Iberian Peninsula.
