Ibn Yamin, Amir Fakhr Al-Din Mahmud Ibn Amir Yamin Al-Din Torgay Mustaufi Faryumadi 

Born 1286 in Faryumad, near Sebzevar; died 1368. Persian-Tajik poet.

Ibn Yamin was born to the family of the scholar and poet Amir Yamin al-Din. He is thought to have been the court poet of the Serbedar dynasty (mid-14th century). Over 5,000 of his poems, mainly aphorisms, have been preserved, including qasidas and mathnawis of a philosophical and mystical nature.
