Ice Show 

a theatrical presentation consisting of ballet, circus, and variety routines performed on an ice rink in a stadium or circus arena. The best-known professional groups that present ice shows are the Viennese Eis Revue (Austria), Holiday on Ice (USA), the Prague Variety Figure Skating Ensemble (Czechoslovak Socialist Republic), and Ballet on Ice and Circus on Ice (USSR).

The skating spectacular comes to the ECHO arena in January with its new Spirit on Ice show which features performers from 19 different countries in a production based on the four elements - water, air, earth and fire.
The ice show has been conceived and choreographed by artistic director Tony Mercer, who is widely regarded as the world's leading creator of theatre on ice.
TALENTED skater Elle Jones (right) has narrowly missed out on an ice show place.
