Data Transformer

Software from CA Technologies that is used to synchronize data in different types of databases by moving the data and converting it to the destination format. It supports Lotus Notes documents, ASCII files, mainframe and popular database formats. A Windows-based client controls the operation, and data movement can be performed on a scheduled or event-driven basis. Formerly known as InfoPump, the product was originally developed by Trinzic Corporation, which was acquired by Platinum in 1996, which CA acquired in 1999.
