InfoPath

Also found in: Wikipedia 0.01 sec.
InfoPath
An application in the Enterprise editions of Microsoft Office for creating and editing XML-based forms. Formerly known as "XDocs" and "NetDocs," it enables users to build forms that are true XML documents. InfoPath builds and attaches the XML schema (the definition of the content) to the document and ensures that, when edited, the data conform to the schema. Standard XML utilities can be used to render an InfoPath document (see XSLT and CSS).
