Informix

A relational database management system (DBMS) from IBM that runs on a variety of Unix platforms. Originally developed by Informix Software, Menlo Park, CA, the product was acquired by IBM in 2001. Informix Dynamic Server (IDS) is a venerable database management system that includes a comprehensive variety of application development tools including Informix-4GL and Informix-SQL.
