InfoSeek
One of the first major search engines on the Web. In 1999, in partnership with the Walt Disney Company, it became Go.com (www.go.com). In 2001, Disney stopped providing the search capability on Go.com in order to focus on its other top-ranked Web sites, such as ESPN.com, ABCNews.com and Disney.com. Users can still perform a search on the site, which is powered by Yahoo! Search. See Web search engines.
