Innoshima

Innoshima (ēn-nō`shĭmä), city (1990 pop. 32,640), Hiroshima prefecture, on Innoshima Island, Japan, on the Hiuchi Sea. It is a small fishing and commercial port and an agricultural center.

The fleet, led by the factory ship Nisshin Maru, left the port of Innoshima near the southern city of Hiroshima on Monday afternoon amid tight security, Greenpeace said.
