Isesaki

Isesaki (ēsā`säkē), city (1990 pop. 115,938), Gumma prefecture, central Honshu, Japan. The city's main industries include textiles, transport equipment, and electrical appliances. It was a castle town of the Sakai family during the Edo era.

Springfield, Missouri, has had a relationship with Isesaki, Japan, since 1986, and with Tlaquepaque, Mexico, for nearly six years.
Takeshi Tomomasa, director of Pediatrics, PAL Clinic in Isesaki, Gunma Prefecture, said it is not unusual for children to have IBS.
Though ramen is his favorite food, Ishibashi said opening his own shop in a relatively obscure town in Oregon was far from his mind while growing up in Isesaki, a city about 155 miles northwest of Tokyo.
