This environment spans strategic, operational, and tactical levels, and provides the context in which we must deliver the "effect" expected by the JFC from joint logistics. The JFC normally delegates the authority to establish and adjust kill boxes to component commanders responsible for the battlespace. On the operational-strategic level, three coalition command and control structures have been established: Joint Force Command North (Brunssum, The Netherlands), JFC South (Naples, Italy), and JFC West (Lisbon, Portugal). |
