Facilities: Picnic area, hiking trails (18.5 miles), bridle trails, historical center.
Activities: Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting, nature and historical programs.
Special Features: Located at the foot of the Blue Mountain, the Environmental Education Center offers environmental education programs for school students and workshops and training sessions for educators. The center also supports ecological, archeological, and historical research. The Jacobsburg National Historic District lies almost entirely within the center's boundaries. The history of Jacobsburg centers on the Henry family and their small arms industry, an industry that played a key role in the Industrial Revolution.
