Jott

A text messaging app that uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to connect to friends within a thousand feet of each other. Typically used by high-school students who have only iPods and tablets with no cellular connection or data plan, Jott's AirChat forms a mesh network by daisy chaining devices in the vicinity.
