The byway is closed to traditional vehicles during the winter, but is accessible by snowmobile or cross-country skiing.
Legth: 42 miles. Start/Endpoint: From Jacob Lake to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Time to Allow: 1 hour. Designation/Year: National Scenic Byway (1998).
