Kalachinsk
a city in Omsk Oblast, RSFSR, on the left bankof the Om’ River (a tributary of the Irtysh). Kalachinsk has arailroad station 88 km east of Omsk. Population, 21,000 (1970).A plant manufacturing spare parts for agricultural machineryand tractor trailers is there, as are a weaving mill, food enter-prises (including a creamery and a meat combine), and a build-ing-materials combine.
