According to legend, a young goat herder named Kaldi discovered the coffee bean when he noticed his goats kicking wildly after eating the red berries.
The most famous legend about the origin of coffee says that one day an Ethiopian goatherd called Kaldi realized that his goats seemed to be very excited after eating some red berries from a tree.
