Born in the 1830’s, in the city of Shusha, present-day Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast; died there in 1905. Azerbaijani ornamental painter. Karabagi created colorful ornamental paintings with floral and animal motifs in the palace of the Sheki khans in Skehi (Azerbaijan SSR) and in the houses of Rustamov and Mekhman-darov in Shusha.
