Location: On County Road 24, 8 miles northeast of Lakefield and 5 miles east of Highway 86.
Facilities: 33 drive-in campsites (11 with electrical hookups), showers (é), 4 cart-in campsites, picnic area, enclosed picnic shelter (é), volleyball court, horseshoe pit, hiking trails (5 miles), ski trails (1.5 miles), snowmobile trails (3.5 miles), sliding hill, warming house.
Activities: Camping, river fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, bird watching, snow sledding.
Special Features: Trails meander along the tranquil Des Moines River and up to the Dinosaur Ridge Overlook, which affords a scenic view of the river valley.
