| Galmont Ballet Centre for Dance Education launched its new performing group, Brevard Ballet Theater, in June with the "Season for the Great Composers" at the King Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne, Florida. During the service, former President Bill Clinton said that the world would have understood if she had retreated to private life to raise her four children, Yolanda, Martin Luther III, Dexter, and Bernice, but instead she established the King Center for Nonviolent Social Change in Atlanta and spearheaded the movement that led to King's birthday being declared a national holiday in 1986. The Primate's Fund helps to support the Martin Luther King Center, an adult educational facility, and the Center for Dialogue and Reflection in Cardenas. |
