George V Coast, region: see Antarctica Antarctica , the fifth largest continent, c.5,500,000 sq mi (14,245,000 sq km), asymmetrically centered on the South Pole and almost entirely within the Antarctic Circle.

George v Coast a part of the Victoria Land coastal region of east Antarctica between 142° and 155° E long., representing a series of glacier tongues (Ninnis, Merts) and shelf glaciers (Cook), with regions of the continental ice sheet in immediate contact with the sea.
