Kizimov, Ivan Mikhailovich
Born May 28, 1928, in Novocherkassk. Soviet equestrian sportsman, Honored Master of Sports (1968). Kizimov was champion of the USSR (1967–70) and of the world (1970). He took firsts at the 19th Olympic Games in individual dressage and at the 20th in team dressage. He won medals at the 18th and 19th Olympic Games. Kizimov has been awarded two orders.
