Klein, Donald Franklin (1928– ) psychiatrist, educator; born in New York City. A leader in the fields of biopsychiatry and neuropsychopharmacology, he was a consultant to the National Institute of Drug Abuse (1992) and served as an adviser to the Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Administration.
