(Clinical Medicine), a Soviet monthly journal for physicians; an organ of the Ministry of Public Health of the USSR.

Klinicheskaia meditsina deals with a wide range of subjects in theoretical and practical medicine, the development of the Soviet public health system, and the education and advanced training of medical personnel. The first issue appeared in August 1920. Klinicheskaia meditsina is published in Moscow by the Meditsina publishing house. Circulation, 40,000 copies (1972).
