Kol’tsovo 

an urban-type settlement in Sverdlovsk Oblast, RSFSR. Kol’tsovo has a railroad station 20 km southeast of Sverdlovsk. Population, 16,000 (1970). Asphalt and reinforced-concrete structures plants are located there.
