Facilities: 47 class B campsites (14 with electricity, @di), 9 rustic cabins, group tent camp, restrooms (é), picnic area, picnic pavilion, snack bar, hiking trail, swimming beach.
Activities: Camping, fishing, swimming, hiking, cross-country skiing, nature programs.
Special Features: Kooser features a good trout stream running the full length of the park. Park design stresses rustic values in site and building materials: native stone, rough sawn and stained wood surfaces, log and timber.
