Facilities: Bookstore (near the Lincoln Memorial). Activities: Ranger talks. Special Features: Memorial honors the American men and women who served in the Korean War (1950-1953). A grouping of 19 statues of infantry soldiers, created by World War II veteran Frank Gaylord, stands before a polished granite wall bearing the images of support personnel. A granite curb on the north side of the statues lists the 22 countries of the United Nations that sent troops or gave medical support in defense of South Korea.
