    0.01 sec.
Kuang Ming Jih Pao

(The Light), a Chinese daily newspaper. It has been published in Peking since June 1949. At first it was an organ of the Chinese Democratic League, and at the end of 1952 it became a joint organ of eight democratic parties and groups (the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee, The Chinese Democratic League, The Association of Democratic National Construction, the Association of Aid to the Development of Democracy, and four others). After the beginning of the Cultural Revolution in 1966, Kuang Ming Jih Pao continued publication, whereas many other periodicals were closed down.
