Kudara Steppe
a steppe in the Buriat ASSR, north of the confluence of the Kudara and Chikoi rivers. It is bounded on the east by spurs of the Zaganskii and Malkhanskii ranges and has an elevation of 600–700 m. The relief consists of plains and hills. The steppe is covered by wormwood and feather grass vegetation and, near the mountains, by feather grass and sheep fescue. It is used chiefly for pasture.
