Kumba

Kumba 

a city in southwestern Cameroon. Population, 48,000 (1970). It is the center of the surrounding agricultural region (bananas, rubber, tea, and cocoa). Kumba is connected with the city of Buea and the seaports of Victoria and Tiko by highways and with the port of Douala by a railroad branch line. The city has primary processing and packing of agricultural products. There is logging north of the city.
