Kutateladze executed historical paintings (Sergo Ordzhonikidze Appeals to the Mountaineers to Defend the City of Groznyi, 1938, Oblast Museum of Local Lore, Cherkessk; The Hunt of Tsaritsa Tamara, 1970), genre paintings (Happy Harvest, 1953, Art Museum of the Georgian SSR, Tbilisi), landscapes, and portraits.
