Labor Agreement 

in Soviet law, one of the forms of contract. In practice, labor contracts and civil contracts, for example, work and agency contracts, are sometimes written in the form of a labor agreement. The formalization of contract relations by means of a labor agreement does not constitute sufficient grounds for classifying a specific contract as a particular type.
