Pop change: 2000-20005 -1.80%; 1990-2000 -2.60%. Pop 2000: 213,295 (White 95.90%; Black or African American 1.30%; Hispanic or Latino 1.40%; Asian 0.80%; Other 1.30%). Foreign born: 2.30%.
