NASDAQ:AMMD) announced today that it has successfully completed the previously announced sale of the assets of its aesthetics division acquired via the Laserscope acquisition to IRIDEX Corporation (NASDAQ:IRIX).
The Company's organic growth rate for the fourth quarter and fiscal year, adjusted for the July 2006 Laserscope acquisition, were both 18 percent.
