Letter of Recall 

(in French, lettre de rappel), a document recalling a diplomatic representative from his post. A letter of recall is addressed by the head of state of the diplomat’s country to the head of state of the country to which the diplomat is accredited. It is ordinarily delivered by a newly appointed diplomatic representative along with his own letter of credence.
