Lilliputian 

dwarf, a person of very small size. The term comes from J. Swift’s novel Gulliver’s Travels, which described an imaginary country inhabited by tiny people.

Some are such little creatures, that the stairs are of Lilliputian measurement, fitted to their tiny strides.
