Special Features:During the summer season, the story of Abraham Lincoln is presented in the park's 1,500-seat outdoor amphitheater. The adjacent Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial (see entry in national parks section) features a working pioneer farm, the Lincoln cabin site, family cemetery, and the Historic Trail of Stones honoring major events in the Lincoln family history. The historic home of Colonel Jones, a merchant who employed Lincoln, is located at Lincoln State Park.
