An internal combustion engine with a jacket cooling system in which liquid, usually water, is circulated to maintain acceptable operating temperatures of machine parts.

The liquid-cooled engine has 1,496 cc displacement and a total output at 3,200 rpm, mounted replaceable oil filters, electric start, gear driven oil pump and Donaldson air cleaner with turbo pre-cleaner that filters out 98 percent of dirt particles before they reach the filter element.
