It is argued that the common practice of analysis of computer generated log files of user interactions with software tools is not enough for building a thorough view of the activity. The software can access web server log files on a local/shared folder or download them via FTP and process logs archived in Admittedly log files become most useful over time but can take up a lot of space. |
