Web: www.tourcachevalley.com Description: From historic Cache Valley on the west to picturesque Bear Lake on the east, byway winds northeast through the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Along the way, 500 million years of geologic history unfold in rugged rock formations. Byway offers recreational opportunities for all seasons, including fishing on the Logan River, swimming, sailing and boating on Bear Lake, skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling on Bear Mountain, and camping and hiking in Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
Legth: 41 miles. Start/Endpoint: Byway runs from Logan to Garden City, Utah along US 89. The Logan River parallels US 89 much of the way. Time to Allow: 1 hour. Designation/Year: National Scenic Byway (2002).
