Logical Information System

 

a combination of an artificial language, rules for translating from a natural language to the artificial language and vice versa, and rules of logical inference, designed for the algorithmic extraction of new information from certain original information.

In principle, a single logical information system can be implemented on various computers, and conversely, a single computer can be used for the implementation of various logical information systems.
