Loukhi

an urban-type settlement; administrative center of Loukhi Raion, Karelian ASSR. Loukhi has a railroad station on the Leningrad-Murmansk line; there is a 84 km branch line from the settlement to the Sofporog railroad station. Railroad transport enterprises and a fur-farming sovkhoz are located there.
