| Since jitter effectively acts as a lowpass filter [2], it can be removed via deconvolution. Integrated remote test access functionality allows technicians to conduct intrusive or non-intrusive testing either through the lowpass filter toward the voice switch or downstream toward the outside plant. I believe that measurement error, introduced into the system as a result of infant variability and the measurement and conversion process, was minimized by (1) selection of the 10second segment, (2) adhering to sound videographic procedures, (3) adequate training of personnel during the measurement and conversion process, and (4) subjecting the raw angle data to Fourier analysis and filtering the data using Butterworth-type lowpass digital filters. |
