You should give these customers with loyalty cards an incentive, like bonus points for each purchase that they can redeem for cash or a gift card.
HARLOW is taking a leaf out of the retailing industry's book with the introduction of loyalty cards for owners and, available from tomorrow, general patrons, writes Paul Brown.
The loyalty cards will be available from participating businesses and the Pavilion from February 27.
