Loyola University
(redirected from Loyola College)

Loyola University (loi-ō`lə), at New Orleans, La.; Jesuit; coeducational. The university was established through a merger in 1911 of the College of the Immaculate Conception (opened 1849) and Loyola College and Academy (opened 1904). The school has a seismographic observatory.

[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Pavone is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland, and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Young Mens/Womens Real Estate Association of New York, where he currently serves on its Board of Governors.
Past pupils Eddie Dines and Phil Bannister play for Loyola College.
In August last year Phil went to Loyola College in Maryland, Baltimore, where he is studying accountancy thanks to a sports scholarship.
