Lucas, Jerry (Ray) (1940— ) basketball player; born in Middletown, Ohio. After playing at Ohio State University (1959–62), he played forward for ten years in the National Basketball Association (NBA) (1964–73), mostly for the Cincinnati Hawks. He was named to the All-NBA first team three times (1965–66, 1968), and in 1979 he was elected to basketball's Hall of Fame. How to thank TFD for its existence?
