Pioneering research in advanced electronics, information systems, artificial intelligence and electronic packaging technologies are some of the areas where the consortium concentrated. In 2000, The MCC restructured itself to spin off major technology projects and oversee the separately funded start-ups.

Tokyo, Japan, Dec 28, 2006 - (JCN) - Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC) has announced that a sales subsidiary for marketing the MCC Group products and procuring materials in China launches operations as of January 3, 2007.
The procedure of predicting the movement of an MCC centroid, which primarily relates to the area of heaviest precipitation within the MCC, is modified from the work of Corfidi et al.
MCC manufactures finish-machined ferrous and nonferrous centrigual castings for equipment manufacturers and long-product steel rolling facilities.
