MGA
(1) (Monochrome Graphics Adapter) A display adapter that employs Hercules Graphics, combining graphics and text on a monochrome monitor.

(2) (Matrox Graphics Accelerator) A trade name used by Matrox Graphics Inc., Dorval, Quebec, on its graphics adapters; for example, the MGA Millennium.
Mga 

an urban-type settlement in Leningrad Oblast, RSFSR. A junction for railroad lines to Leningrad, Volkhov, Gatchina, and Kaliazin. Located 50 km southeast of Leningrad, with which it is linked by highway. Population, 10,600 (1970). Railroad transport enterprises and a plant making reinforced-concrete items are located there. During the Great Patriotic War of 1941-45, fascist German troops captured Mga on Aug. 31, 1941, cutting off the last railroad linking Leningrad with the center of the country. The settlement was liberated on Jan. 21, 1944.

THE MOXIE TO TAKE ON MATTEL--AGAIN A year after a court gave Mattel the rights to MGA Entertainment's Bratz dolls in a dispute over the line's origins, MGA has launched two new dolls, both aimed at Mattel's business.
Byline: ANI London, Dec 5 (ANI): MGA Entertainment, the manufacturer of pouty-lipped Bratz doll, has lost its legal battle with the world's largest toy importing company and maker of Barbie, Mattel.
A US judge has banned MGA Entertainment from making or selling popular Bratz dolls, granting a request from toy giant Mattel which had argued its copyrights had been violated.
