I've given you the recipe for the miso sauce before, but it's worth re-printing as it's so delicious and versatile for drizzling over roast chicken, ham or pork, as well as seafood and fish.
Ebisu is a light and healthy lunch-time option, consisting of miso soup followed by three courses.
Miso is a paste made from soybeans and the Japanese make soup from it.
