Madison Blue Springs State Park Location: 10 miles east of Madison on the Withlacoochee River, off SR 6. Facilities: Canoe launch, picnic areas and shelters, showers. Activities: Canoeing, swimming, scuba diving (certified divers), fishing, wildlife viewing. Special Features: The park's first magnitude spring is about 82 feet wide and 25 feet deep and bubbles up into a limestone basin along the west bank of the Withlacoochee River.
