Mancini, Pasquale Stanislao (päskwä`lā stänēzlä`ō mänchē`nē), 1817–88, Italian jurist and public official. After taking part in the Revolution of 1848 in Naples he fled to Turin, where he later became (1860) a deputy in the parliament. He was minister of justice (1876–78) and of foreign affairs (1881–85), and negotiated the Triple Alliance (see Triple Alliance and Triple Entente Triple Alliance and Triple Entente (äntänt`) .....
