Friazin, Mark
(incorrectly called Marco Ruffo). Italian architect of the 15th century. According to chronicle sources, Friazin worked in Moscow from 1487 to 1491. He took part in the construction of the brick walls and towers of the Moscow Kremlin (1485–95) and, with P. Solari, built the Kremlin’s Hall of Facets (1487–91). Want to thank TFD for its existence?
